Hi there! I’m Anna. The three five things that I would bring with me to a deserted island are my husband Michael, my grumpy cat CC, a fishing pole, a jumbo lighter and a heavy duty knife. I would also, without a doubt, sneak in my camera and pencil & paper because life without creativity would drive me bonkers.
I’ve been a full-time commercial photographer for the past 7 years, and I’ve added UX Design to my career journey. What I love about UX Design is that so many design elements of UXD intersect with Photography, and I’m happy to be standing at the intersection where observation meets creation and research meets empathy.
I believe meaningful & seamless design is a practice that develops from mindfully observing the world outside oneself. I love UX Design as it allows me to be a critical thinker and a creative engineer, and I firmly believe high-quality research and empathy facilitate understanding people’s needs & goals.
Outside of practicing UX Design & Photography, I’m nutty about nature travels, adore dry humor, and I absolutely love good, honest people.
Please contact me if you’re interested in my work! I know of a great spot where we can meet to discuss design and ways to solve problems to make life easier.
